Clients are responsible for arriving at the correct time and day of their appointment and five minutes before treatment is due to begin.
Cancellations
24 hours notice will be required to cancel a booking. If the cancellation falls within the 24 hours there will be a 50% charge. If no notice is given the full amount will be due.
